Because all of our items are custom-made and personalized, we are unable to offer refunds or accept returns on these products. Each order is made specifically for you based on the information you provide at checkout.

To help us quickly resolve any issues, we kindly ask that you provide a clear photo of the item showing the problem (e.g., incorrect name, wrong birthstone, damage).

🔁 Replacement Policy
If we made an error in the engraving or personalization, we’ll happily remake and ship a corrected version at no cost to you. If the error was made during the order process (e.g., typo entered at checkout), we can offer a discounted remake + shipping.
